Experience OC sessions give you a chance to see what classes are like as a student, where professors or instructors may provide an interactive or experiential lecture or activity.
Turn up the heat! Watch a live cooking demonstration, live-streaming from one of the kitchens in the Centre for Culinary and Pastry Arts building. Participants can expect to hear from the Culinary and Pastry Arts Department Chairperson, Chef Reinhard Foerderer.
