Find out how to adopt healthy lifestyle practices with an introduction to “Personal Health, Wellness and Potential”, a course offered by the School of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education. Starting with a brief history of this field of study, you’ll hear about current health and wellness models and see how you can design a personal wellness plan.
Dr. Lauzon will also share some information about how her current UVic students are managing to find their way through the COVID-19 pandemic and complete their academic courses.
