Join us for an information presentation about the Heavy Mechanical Foundation program and tour our large 5 bay industry style shop with 1,858-square-metres of outdoor training space that is covered by a canopy housing one of Western Canada’s largest arrays of photovoltaic solar panels.

The Heavy Mechanical Trades program now trains students in four separate trades that are all in demand and industry recognized.
– Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians work on delicate electronic controls to handling of
heavy parts and high-pressure hydraulics.
– Truck and Transport Mechanics keep the big rigs running safely and smoothly as they
crisscross the highways of B.C.
– Transport Trailer Technicians maintain, rebuilds, overhauls, reconditions and takes care
of diagnostic trouble shooting and repairs.
– Diesel Engine Mechanics installs, repairs and maintains all internal combustion diesel engines
and components used in transport, construction and marine.
